Home Improvement Loans 2026
Even though spring isn’t in full bloom yet, you can still make the most of the season by planning your next home project.
With Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) and Hawthorne, your spring to-do list can be more affordable.
CEE is a local nonprofit that works with your community to offer flexible, competitive financing for your home projects.
Hawthorne Neighborhood Council makes financing available to help its residents complete projects that will improve their quality of life, whether it’s through a new heating system or larger home improvements.
If you’re interested in a loan, visit mncee.org/hawthorne. Learn more about the specific loans Hawthorne has available, then contact CEE to speak to a loan officer. They can answer your questions and help you find a loan that works for your circumstances.
This spring, get a head start on your next home project with CEE and Hawthorne by visiting mncee.org/hawthorne.
Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) operates using NMLS ID 1094923. Loan funds are subject to availability. Loan guidelines are subject to change without notice.

Most don’t get recognize for the little things that matter.
Our honorees will appear for 2 months.
Tim once stated “I like to develop property and real estate where it’s going to make a difference,” he said of what drives in business. The owner-operator of 11 Twin Cities McDonald’s and JADT development group.
It is on the north side of Minneapolis where kids play football, and some that do not, need hope.
Tim & Doris both believe that it’s important that not just kids and students and athletes, but just people in the neighborhood, that can see that there’s somebody doing something in the community, if we want to talk to them, they’re accessible.
Doris is an educator and counselor and runs programs that serves youth in Minneapolis Public Schools.

When you think of two powerful business owners Tim & Doris are first to enter my mind.
These two are what we in the community would say are treasures, leaders, legends and trailblazers.
