Greetings Community

The Hawthorne Neighborhood Council want to thank you for being involved in any of our community activities as we come to the end of 2025. We have been busy working to make our community healthier and safer. From our Housing additions to our substance abuse trainings, Health pop-ups, eye screenings and glasses, backpacks and school supplies, winter warmth give away and even being invited to be a part of a Hollywood production, we have been positively engaged.

We have been working as trusted messengers to share information that will improve our community. We are working with other community organizations on issues that impact our entire City. We have not even been able to share everything we are doing. That is why you need to be engaged in the Council. We have added one new member, and we would love to add 3 more. If you are genuinely interested in being engaged with a neighborhood organization that is really committed to making a difference, then you want to be working with us.

Thanks again for being good neighbors. We look to make 2026 even better.

Clarence Jones – HNC Board Chair
