EARTH DAY CLEANUP IN HAWTHORNE

Mpls Park & Recreation Board is sponsoring an Earth Day Cleanup on Saturday, April 25th. Arrive at Farview Park between 9:30am and noon, bring a pair of gloves (if you have one) to pick up trash and check-in at the registration table. A site coordinator will give you gloves (if you didn’t bring any) and bags, instruct you where to go and where to leave trash.

NOTICE TO ALL HAWTHORNE RESIDENTS:

The Hawthorne Neighborhood Council will consider a proposed modification to the Hawthorne NRP Phase II plan to reallocate $88,099.38 from Construct New Single Family Homes to Acquisition/Demolition/Rehabilitation and combine the purposes of both strategies. You are welcome to attend, participate in the discussion and vote on this issue.
